Hamsa Hasan
Founder & CEO
Hamsa Hasan’s career is a reflection of her educational foundation and a deep-seated dedication to nurturing others. With a master’s in architecture from Heriot-Watt University, she has seamlessly blended her architectural expertise with the core values that guide her professional ethos. Yet, it was a deeper, heartfelt mission that steered her toward a path of caregiving and support.
The ethos of care is deeply embedded in Hamsa’s heritage, which naturally led to the birth of Gentle Hands Healthcare Ltd., a direct reflection of her personal values. Her family’s extensive experience in the care sector has provided her with a robust understanding of the industry and the depth of commitment it requires.
With a three-year managerial tenure at Avicenna and eight years of management experience, Hamsa has positioned Gentle Hands as a standard-bearer of empathy and quality in the Scottish healthcare scene, aiming to establish new benchmarks for care in the industry. Her leadership is a testament to her belief that care should be as instinctive and boundless as the love that fuels it.
Under Hamsa’s stewardship, Gentle Hands Healthcare Ltd. is more than a business; it is the realization of a lifelong passion, a place where care is delivered with genuine love and empathy. As the heart of the organization, she ensures that every service provided is characterized by warmth and understanding, making Gentle Hands a true embodiment of its name in every slice of its caregiving.
