    We strive for excellence, but we understand that there may be times when we fall short. If you have a complaint, please follow the following steps:

    Step 1: Inform your carer

    First, discuss it with your carer, they will be more than happy to help and will escalate it to the head office if required.
    If the issue remains unresolved contact our office.

    Step 2: Contact our office

    Speak to the Domiciliary Care Team, who are dedicated to resolving any of your queries or concerns.

    Step 3 & final resort Contact the Regulatory Authority

    Should the problem still not be resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to contact the relevant regulatory authority, as detailed in the section “How to Contact the Regulatory Authorities”.
